It&amp;#39;s not the price of the shoe that matters most, it is the fit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Running barefoot? It has some benefits, works muscles in the feet that atrophy when we wear stiff shoes all the time. When these muscles are developed we run much better. But be carefull. Any radical change is likely to cause injury. Lately, I've been running barefooted or with minimal shoes with GREAT results.
